RETURNS POLICY We will exchange any item that has arrived damaged within 5 working days of your item being signed for, so please ensure full checks are made at your earliest convenience.This period is the amount of time our couriers state for successful insurance coverage. Faulty items will need to be returned to ourselves and seen by the manufacturer. The cost of returning the item to us will be covered by ourselves once the item has been succesfully checked and replaced free of charge by the manufacturer.Please note that breakages on the last few inches of the rods are rarely exchanged as they are the cause of line wraps or other mis-use. The section will still however be submitted back to the supplier if requested, for a full examination. Incorrect size clothing- We will not expect any further payment to send out a replacement, providing the charge for returning the item to us is covered by yourself.
