The Korum Day Shelter is far more stable than an umbrella and offers much more protection. New features now include elastic guards, stormflap side with rain gutter to prevent water dripping from the front of the shelter and a slimmer profile when packed away. With the extra cover provided by the front storm flap, the Day Session Shelter can now be used as an occasional overnight shelter by releasing the front tension strap and pegging down lower and wider to create a truly versatile shelter. The overwrap converts the Day Session (Mk 2) Shelter to a twin skin system for all-season protection and added warmth during cooler conditions. The front porch area has a roll up door and ventilated windows, and the side panels can also be rolled and clipped back into position for increased visibility.
